Changes 10/3/08
Today was a typical Friday, in that everyone was excited for the weekend and about the upcoming changes. Mrs. King was present in the classroom to shadow me, so the transition can be as smooth as possible. I gave her a chance to answer the students' questions and they responded well to her. I am sure there are things that will change, but I am sure she will do a good job.
The 6th grade students at Life Christian Academy are some of the best students anywhere, in my opinion. We all have our ups and downs, but I am definitely going to miss them. Tuesday will be my last day, so we will not be doing a lot of work that day. I have a couple of things that I want to do with the class to say goodbye before I go.
As for the tests and quizzes this week, most of the tests that have been graded have been very good. I am proud of the progress the students have made this year and I hope it continues. Mrs. King has elected not to keep this blog, so I will do my own blog and I will pass that blog address out along with my address before I leave. Please feel free to email, call, leave me a comment, or write! I will miss you all.
