Progress Made

By Paige
Today was a good day. The students were able to take their history exam and many of them made excellent grades. I was very proud of their efforts. I was even more impressed by how well they are playing together at recess. The teamwork is very encouraging and I hope to continue progressing towards my goal of cooperative teamwork.

We did a new exercise today in math, which I believe the students really enjoyed. They were placed in groups and asked to use the grocery store sale papers to create a menu. Each group came up with a unique menu and different ideas of entertaining guests. The menus are posted outside the classroom for the school to see.

I want to make you aware that progress reports go out on September 16th at the Parent Teacher Partnership meeting at 6 p.m. at the school. Please come and support our school. Also, if you have not joined the PTP or the grandparents PTP, please do so. Our class is in the lead for having 100% participation, which will win our class a pizza party. We are only 10 students away from the party!
